Returns Policy

All wheel are custom built to order. Any wheel order is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping cost we paid to ship them to you. Orders can be canceled within 10 of placing the order. After the 10 days your order will have a 10% restocking fee if it has not been shipped. Once a wheel order has shipped all cancels will be charged the 20% restocking fee. No matter the reason (changed mind, bike was stolen, sold bike…) There is a cost for us to build your wheel order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and send the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please keep in mind refunds may take 2-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
